Ensure 100% compliance with environmental, marine, safety, labor, and local regulatory standards relevant to coastal resort and tourism management in Indonesia.

Minimum 5 years as General Manager Resort, Resort Manager with a proven track record in beach resorts, cabin/glamping staycations, coastal hospitality, or large-scale recreation facilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
