- We are looking for an experienced
- Boutique Villas Manager
- to oversee the daily operations of our premium boutique villa complex located in Bingin, Uluwatu.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the property, leading the on-site team, delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring that all services consistently meet our premium quality standards.
This position offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, sound judgment, excellent attention to detail and the ability to make decisions independently. The ideal candidate will anticipate operational needs, resolve issues efficiently and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the property.
- Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the villa complex.
- Lead and coordinate the on-site team (Host, Housekeeping, Gardener and Chef).
- Ensure that all villas and facilities consistently meet premium quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues quickly, professionally and independently.
- Handle guest requests, enquiries and complaints, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Manage staff-related issues while maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Coordinate suppliers together with the Director.
- Keep Management informed of staffing requirements, operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Organise and archive operational documentation and invoices.
- Candidate profile
- Essential requirements
- Previous experience managing a boutique hotel, villa complex or small resort.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Experience leading multicultural teams.
- Ability to make independent and well-informed decisions.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Outstanding guest service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, organised and self-motivated.
- Strong understanding of premium hospitality standards.
- Desirable
- Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Basic knowledge of reservations and OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
- Experience coordinating suppliers.
- Knowledge of Bali's hospitality industry.
- Additional languages.
