and is responsible for leading the company's overall operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, sustainable growth, and compliance with the principles of
Oversee the operations of Property Development, Construction, Villa Management, Resort Operations, Restaurant & Food & Beverage, and Corporate Support functions.
Oversee financial performance through budget control, cash flow management, revenue monitoring, cost efficiency, financial forecasting, and capital expenditure management.
Conduct regular reviews of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, Budget vs. Actual reports, Project Cost Reports, and Revenue Dashboards.
Develop the organization by building a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and taxation requirements.
Strong knowledge of project management, property development, hospitality operations, F&B operations, procurement, contract administration, asset management, and project scheduling.
Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, cost analysis, profitability analysis, financial dashboards, and basic corporate taxation.
Excellent strategic thinking, business development, decision-making, change management, negotiation, risk management, and team leadership skills.
