As a global customer support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationship

Responsibliy

Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

• Carry out a good problem solving.
• Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma’s degree (Fresh Graduated are Welcome).
• Proficient understanding of customer support, good problem solving, and customer orientation.
• Good time management.
• Fluent in English.
• Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point.
