About the Role
- We are looking for a hands-on
- GHL CRM Automation Specialist
- to manage and improve our GoHighLevel CRM systems, workflows, sales funnels, integrations, and appointment booking processes.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our CRM systems are well-structured, reliable, and support an efficient customer journey from lead capture through appointment booking and follow-up.
- Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Automation
- Set up and maintain
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- CRM accounts, pipelines, custom fields, tags, and lead segmentation.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead follow-ups, nurturing, appointment reminders, and lead management.
- Manage customer journeys from lead capture through appointment booking and follow-up.
- Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor CRM data and automation performance to ensure systems are running correctly.
- Funnels & Landing Pages
- Build and maintain sales funnels and landing pages within GHL.
- Ensure forms, lead capture systems, and booking processes are properly connected to the CRM.
- Improve funnel processes to support a smooth customer experience.
- Integrations & Technical Support
- Connect GHL with third-party platforms and business tools.
- Work with
- APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- to support system integrations.
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration, calendar, and CRM-related technical issues.
- Maintain appointment calendars and booking systems, including round-robin scheduling where required.
- Use basic
- HTML/CSS and WordPress
- knowledge to support website and landing page requirements.
- System Improvement
- Regularly review CRM workflows and identify technical issues or inefficiencies.
- Improve lead routing, appointment booking, and follow-up processes.
- Work with internal teams to implement practical CRM and automation solutions.
- Document important workflows and system configurations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, funnels, lead management, and automation.
- Experience building and troubleshooting GHL workflows.
- Familiarity with
- APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Experience with appointment scheduling and CRM calendar systems.
- Basic knowledge of
- HTML/CSS and WordPress
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned systems.
- Good English communication skills.
- Available to work full-time on-site in Bali.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with
- Zapier, Make, n8n
- , or similar automation platforms.
- Experience with
- AI-powered tools or AI-based customer communication systems.
- Experience with Stripe, Zoom, Google Meet, or similar business applications.
- Basic JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience managing CRM systems across multiple business accounts.
