Build and maintain instrumentation for Go based services, including HTTP and gRPC middleware, database, Redis, and messaging integrations.
Implement and manage observability capabilities covering metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging, and telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
Develop actionable dashboards and alerting, support performance monitoring and root cause analysis, and help improve system reliability across distributed services.
Collaborate with engineering and cross functional teams to implement observability standards, troubleshoot production issues, support incident investigations, and improve monitoring practices.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience developing backend applications using Go in a production environment, with strong understanding of concurrency, REST, gRPC, testing, and performance profiling.
Hands on experience with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing tools, and structured logging platforms.
