Golf Consultant (Talent Pool) - Supervisor

Job Description

• To drive sales of hard goods and technical products (both off-the-shelf and custom-fitting) and add-on sales to accessories and apparel.
• Managing hard goods & technical products stock level.
• Lead the customers service & relationship-building effort.
• Loyalty customers
• Local influences list (Low Handicappers, Club Champions, Head of golfing group, Teaching Pros)
• VIPs List – High Spenders
• Potential Corporate Client List
• To train staff on club fittings and repairs, product knowledge, industry knowledge, salesmanship, and customer service.
• To impart golf knowledge to team members in the shop.
• To execute local grass-roots programs to pull in customers (demos, product seeding, trial clubs at range).

Providing a more technical approach to assisting customers, such as golf swing and club specs, instead of pure salesmanship, understanding product info/specs, selling features and golf swing to recommend clubs, Off-the-shelves vs. Custom Fitting, and after-sales follow-up.

Provide necessary reports to the Store Manager on ways to increase hard goods sales.

Responsible for the daily operations of the hard goods area, such as ordering of stocks, maintaining display SOP, and overall cleanliness of the area.

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Min 2 years of experience as a Golf Consultant/ Store Manager in the Golf retail industry
• Have some knowledge of Golf
• Good communication in Bahasa and English
• Willing to placement at a store
