Growth and Marketing Manager (Independent Contractor)

About the role

The Growth and Marketing Manager will support MyRepublic Digital's new business offering AI-based business support products for micro and small organizations in Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and Indonesia. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on supporting marketing and qualification efforts of suspects and prospects into qualified leads for the Sales team to close. The role operates on a flexible day-shift schedule and works closely with a small, cross-functional team comprising Product Experts, Project Management, and Outbound Sales.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outreach and qualification of prospects by targeting marketing efforts to reach an unqualified database of digital suspects and convincing them of the MRD story

• Choose the correct Direct-to-Customer tools, Media and messaging for most efficient conversions
• Create a lead qualification and response system for weighting customers before passing the "hot" prospects for conversion
• Create and manage marketing material as appropriate for MRD's channels
• Create the most effective message for the segmented Target Audience
• Manage the media channels and messaging for best results
• Drive optimization of spend and maximise response rate from media selected
• Work independently with Meta, Google, Other AI and digital media and set up campaigns without any agencies
• Manage limited budgets and justify decisions and budget requirements
• About you
• Strong experience managing end-to-end campaigns across digital media
• Solid project management skills with experience in both Creative Messaging and Content Writing
• Experience managing Budgets, Social Media, and EDM tools
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute campaigns that drive business outcomes
• Collaborative and results driven mindset who can work together with the team and take initiative as the Marketing Lead
• Well versed in digital tools and digital outreach
• Conversant with content writing, Web management, Direct-to-Customer tools and Social Media
• Background in SME marketing is an asset
