Job Description

• Welcome and assist guests professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression and dining experience.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, table assignments, and guest inquiries using the restaurant reservation system.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth guest flow and efficient seating arrangements.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Qualification

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Host, Hostess, Guest Relation Officer (GRO), or similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry.
• Experienced in using restaurant reservation systems.
• Able to communicate in conversational English.
• Well-groomed, communicative, service-oriented, and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
