to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring all beverages are prepared and served according to company standards.

Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and consistent service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar area, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor bar inventory and assist with stock control and basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel.
• Comply with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards while supporting daily bar operations.

Job Qualification

• Minimum education High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender is preferred (fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply).
• Basic English communication skills are required, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Well-groomed, confident, customer service-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Available to work night shifts on a regular basis, including weekends and public holidays.
