- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Officer or similar role in a hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
