Requirements

• Good English communication, leadership skills, and a passion for sports and fitness.
• Professional, disciplined, proactive, and capable of managing daily gym operations while continuously improving operational performance.
• What You'll Do
• Oversee daily gym operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Coordinate with the operations team, cleaner, finance, and owner, and prepare regular operational reports.
• Develop and execute plans to grow the gym, increase memberships, and support marketing initiatives.
