Head Chef - Indonesian Restaurant

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef in Indonesian Restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to create, standardize, and control recipes
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using operational systems (experience with Accurate is preferred)
• HACCP / Food Safety Certification is preferred
• BNSP Culinary Certification is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations
• Ensure consistency of food quality and presentation
• Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
• Manage stock planning, purchasing coordination, and system accuracy
• Develop menu and improve operational profitability
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen compliance standards
• Train and develop kitchen team performance
