About the role

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you will ensure our restaurant/venue operates smoothly while maintaining top-tier standards of service, cleanliness, and team performance. Your main focus will be making sure all staff strictly comply with company policies, boosting venue profitability, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction and upselling.

• Key responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure that all staff members strictly adhere to company policies, service guidelines, and operational procedures
• Implement effective floor strategies to improve profit margins, manage labor efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve key sales targets

Lead by example on the floor to maintain exceptional service standards, resolve guest issues promptly, and maximize guest satisfaction and retention

Drive revenue growth by training, motivating, and encouraging the team to active upselling techniques (beverages, daily specials, desserts, and add-ons)

Ensure the entire front-of-house area, service stations, and guest facilities maintain the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and presentation at all times

• Conduct daily briefings, train new team members, coach staff for continuous improvement, and foster a positive, productive work environment
• Manage shift assignments, floor distribution, and pace of service to ensure optimal efficiency, especially during peak hours
• About you
• Proven experience as a Floor Manager, FOH Supervisor, or Team Leader in a high-volume hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales, upselling, and achieving financial objectives
• High attention to detail regarding cleanliness, store organization, and service standards
• Excellent communication, guest service, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and venue compliance
