Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, keeping the dining room spotless, and maximizing sales through upselling. You will work closely with the Floor Manager to ensure company policies, high hygiene standards, and profitability goals are met on every shift.

• Key responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, take orders accurately, and ensure a memorable dining experience from start to finish
• Actively offer recommendations, specials, beverage pairings, desserts, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue

Maintain impeccable hygiene and organization standards across dining tables, service stations, and guest areas before, during, and after shifts

• Adhere strictly to company policies, food safety regulations, uniform guidelines, and service procedures
• Serve food and drinks promptly, manage guest tables efficiently, and collaborate closely with kitchen and floor staff
• Accurately manage table bills and process cash and card payments using the POS system
• About you
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
• Proven ability or willingness to learn active upselling techniques
• High standards of personal grooming, orderliness, and hygiene
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and the stamina to work busy shifts
