Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Manage performance management systems (KPIs), employee evaluations, and talent development.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive company culture and strengthen employee engagement.
• Oversee organizational structure, promotions, transfers, and succession planning.
• Partner with management to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• ✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• ✔️ Minimum 3 years of progressive HR management experience.
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
• ✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
