- Minimum 3 years of experience as Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or Beverage Manager
- Strong knowledge of mixology, coffee, mocktail, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- High attention to detail; well-organized and guest-oriented
- Proven ability to train, guide, and motivate bar team members
- Strong understanding of inventory control and cost managementLead
- Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certified in barista and/or mixology training
- Proven experience in developing drink menus and bar SOPs
- Creative in drink presentation and concept development
- Knowledge of POS systems and beverage cost calculation
