What you're building
Smartven's sales and partnership engine, from zero. Not managing what exists — rebuilding, recruiting, training, and growing the team that brings 10,000 Indonesian families to financial freedom over 10 years.
- What you'll do
- Rebuild the sales process: funnel, playbook, incentives, weekly cadence.
- Recruit and train reps until they close deals without you.
- Close institutional partnerships — banks, payment gateways, FMCG.
- Build a training curriculum that keeps evolving, not a one-time onboarding.
- You're it if
- You've built or completely rebuilt a sales function from zero or from broken.
- You have a specific story about one person you developed into a top performer.
- You've closed institutional deals in Indonesia — you know how decisions actually get made inside a bank or corporate.
- You're prouder watching your people close a deal than closing it yourself.
- You're not it if
- You're chasing your next personal quota, not a system that outlasts you.
- You've never built a team — only managed one that was already running.
- This role feels like a stepping stone, not the culmination of your next 5 years.
