Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair factory buildings, facilities, and utilities.
- Maintain equipment such as air compressors, water pumps, HVAC, venti-lation, water systems, and drainage.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Handle basic mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, and plumbing work.
- Support Production, Engineering, Sewing, Cutting, Assembly, and other departments for facility and mechanical problems.
- Assist with machine installation, relocation, and facility preparation.
- Monitor and manage maintenance spare parts and tools.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures and factory regu-lations.
- Prepare maintenance, repair, and equipment inspection reports.
- Lead and coordinate mechanics/technicians and distribute daily maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Additional technical certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Engineering Technician, or similar position.
- Experience in the footwear or shoe manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in garment, textile, automotive, or other manufacturing industries is also acceptable.
- Able to manage and coordinate a large number of mechanics/technicians.
- Able to monitor team performance and work progress.
- Able to coordinate with Production, Engineering, Safety, and other departments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Able to identify the root cause of mechanical or electrical problems.
- Able to work under pressure, especially during production breakdowns and urgent maintenance situations.
- Able to prioritize multiple maintenance requests based on urgency and production impact.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and reliable.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership.
