Junior Business Development – PT Chemdo Group Indonesia

PT Chemdo Group Indonesia is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Junior Business Development professionals, supporting our expansion in Indonesia's plastics and chemical raw materials market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
• Promote the company's portfolio of commodity plastics, engineering plastics, and chemical raw materials.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with overseas headquarters and internal teams regarding pricing, product specifications, and order fulfillment.
• Conduct customer visits, market research, and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity reports, and customer pipeline updates.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Employment Details

• Full-time, on-site position in Tangerang, Banten.
• Three-month probation period, subject to performance evaluation.
• Competitive base salary with sales commission opportunities.
• Previous experience in B2B sales is required.
• Experience in international trading, plastics, chemicals, or industrial raw materials is highly preferred.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential customers, develop business relationships, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to conduct customer visits and work on-site in Tangerang.
