About the role
- We are looking for a
- Founding Head of Growth
- to build STRIVE's Growth function from the ground up. You will own
- Marketing and Sales end-to-end
, from customer acquisition and content to sales conversion and membership. This is a hands-on role where you will execute campaigns, create content, manage growth performance, close customers, and build the Marketing and Sales teams alongside the founders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to build the founding-member waitlist, drive presales, and grow studio occupancy.
- Own paid and organic growth channels, including content creation, campaigns, media spending, and performance tracking.
- Monitor cost-per-member and growth metrics through regular performance reviews and use data to optimise channel investment.
- Build and lead the Marketing and Sales teams, including defining roles, recruiting team members, and developing the team as STRIVE grows.
- Build STRIVE's brand presence through content, community initiatives, local partnerships, and activations in PIK.
- Develop and document repeatable growth and sales playbooks to support future STRIVE studio expansion.
- What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience
- in paid ads and organic social media, preferably in lifestyle, F&B, fitness, or other consumer-facing brands.
- Proven ability to drive
- customer acquisition and measure cost-per-customer
- , not just follower growth.
- Hands-on experience in content creation, including shooting, editing, and copywriting.
- Comfortable owning both
- Marketing and Sales
- , including direct customer closing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team-building skills.
- Fluent in
- English and Bahasa Indonesia
- ; Mandarin is a plus.
- Passionate about fitness and comfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment.
