- Store Operations: Lead daily operations, sales performance, service standards, SOP implementation, and team productivity.
- Merchandise & Inventory: Oversee merchandise planning, production, procurement, stock management, and distribution.
- Branch Management: Supervise branch stores and Head Store to ensure consistent operational and sales performance.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and coordination with vendors, suppliers, production partners, and other stakeholders.
Reporting & Business Improvement: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data and provide recommendations to improve revenue and efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in retail/store operations or related roles.
- Experienced in inventory management, team supervision, and vendor management.
- Proficient in Accurate or similar inventory/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in sports/football, merchandise, fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
