As Head of People, you will lead the strategy and execution of our people agenda as we scale. This role ensures we build the right organization, leadership capability, and culture to sustain high performance while delivering meaningful employee experiences.

You will work closely with founders and business leaders to shape organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, engagement, and HR operations, ensuring our people's systems grow as fast as our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and human development, where culture and performance go hand in hand

ng: Lead talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across functions and strengthen Tentang Anak’s employer brand in competitive talent markets.

nt: Build leadership pipelines and succession plans while establishing clear career pathways and learning programs to support employee growth.

Kualifikasi

• You’re a Fit If You
• Bring
• 15+ years of experience in senior HR leadership
• roles, ideally within FMCG, retail, or high-growth consumer businesses.
• Strong hands-on capability in org design, HRBP, talent, rewards, leadership development, and performance management.
• Able to balance empathy with business judgment, caring about people while prioritizing performance and company outcomes.
• Comfortable making and standing behind tough people's decisions, communicating clearly and fairly.
• You are data-driven, using people analytics to guide strategic decisions and organizational improvements.
• You possess a strong understanding of labor regulations and HR compliance practice.
