Associate Product Manager

Tentang Anak is the parenting app millions of Indonesian parents use for guidance they can trust. The product is a small team shipping fast. We're adding an Associate PM to own the execution layer end-to-end.

What you'll own

You'll run the operational spine of the product: the content and notification calendar that reaches our users, the sprint rhythm that gets features out, and the documentation that keeps everyone aligned.

Channel operations.

Owning the PN, banner, article, and in-app content calendar — configuration, copy to template, deep-link QA, dispatch under approval, and post-send performance reporting.

• Sprint & release coordination.
• Run standups, keep the board honest, chase dependencies before they block, coordinate UAT, and track release readiness to sign-off.
• Requirements documentation.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases. Maintain the dependency map, decision log, and changelog.
• Stakeholder communication.
• Push status before it's asked for. Gather requirements from Commerce, Legal, Brand, and Tech. Publish MoM and decisions within SLA.
• Performance reporting.
• Deliver a recurring metric pack on a fixed cadence and flag anomalies with a written first hypothesis.

Kualifikasi

• What we're looking for
• 1–3 years in product, growth, or product ops — a consumer app is a strong plus
• You are relentless about follow-through. Things you own don't quietly slip.
• Comfortable with CRM/campaign tooling and comfortable reading a funnel without hand-holding
• You write clearly. Acceptance criteria a developer can build from without a meeting.
• You understand Indonesian parents — or you're genuinely curious enough to learn fast
• What this role is not

This is an execution-ownership role. You will get a very fast education on how a consumer product actually ships, with direct exposure to our CEO and senior stakeholders, and a clear path to full PM.
