Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and execute sales and promotion initiatives to achieve business targets and strengthen brand awareness.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, and campaign effectiveness to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives and business growth.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.

Build, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships with external partners and industry leaders to support business development and long-term growth.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales and promotion, preferably in the education industry
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced environment
• Wiling to work on-site in Bandung.
