About the role
A sales leadership position responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales of tyres and general merchandise, both within and outside the region. The role involves coordinating a sales team to achieve targets, identifying sales obstacles and implementing solutions, and building strong customer and business partner relationships.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of tyres and general merchandise, both within and outside the region
- Coordinate the sales team to work optimally and achieve targets
- Identify sales obstacles and determine solutions
- Monitor sales progress of the team and evaluate results
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
- Report sales achievements to management
- About you
- Minimum D4/S1 qualification in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a team leadership position
- Understanding of tyres and general merchandise products
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — preferred
- Leadership capability, sales analysis skills, and decision-making ability
- Target-oriented and able to build customer networks
