Deskripsi pekerjaan Head of Study Program of Hotel and Tourism Management Swiss German University
Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the assigned study program.
- Oversee curriculum development and the quality of teaching and learning.
- Ensure academic quality assurance and compliance with applicable higher education regulations.
- Support faculty development and encourage research activities.
- Develop and maintain industry partnerships and professional networks.
- Monitor student achievement and promote continuous academic improvement.
- Ensure the study program aligns with institutional objectives and academic standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Master's degree (S2) in a relevant field; a Doctoral degree (S3) is preferred.
- Willing to join Swiss German University as a full-time lecturer.
- Demonstrate strong academic leadership and management capabilities.
- Have expertise in curriculum development, teaching, research, and academic quality assurance.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Appointment as Head of Study Program will be determined based on the interview results and teaching demonstration.
