Hospitality & Service Exellence Instructor

• Deliver hospitality and service excellence training programs in accordance with the LPK curriculum.
• Conduct classroom instruction and practical training in hospitality operations and guest service standards.
• Teach hospitality service procedures, grooming standards, workplace etiquette, and customer services excellence.
• Guide students in understanding workplace culture, professionalism and international hospitality standards.
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate student performance and competency development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to prepare students for employment opportunities in the hospitality industry.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials, lesson plans, and instructional methods.
• Ensure training activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) standards.
• Prepare training reports and student progress evaluations.
• Support the development of students' communication skills, service mindset, and professional behavior.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Hotel Administration, Service Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, restaurant, cruise line, or related service industries).

• BNSP Hospitality Certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest service standards, and service excellence.
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) standards and workplace safety practices.
• Experiences in training, coaching, or mentoring is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, disciplined, and passionate about developing future hospitality professionals.
• Ability to deliver both classroom instruction and practical training sessions.
