- Deliver Kaigo (Caregiver) training programs in accordance with LPK curriculum.
- Conduct classroom instruction and practical training in elderly care services.
- Teach caregiving techniques, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and patient handling
- Guide students in understanding Japanese work ethics, culture, and communication practices.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate student performance and competency development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure students are ready for employment opportunities in Japan.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials and teaching methods.
- Prepare training reports and student progress evaluations.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3) in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Former EPA, Technical Intern Trainee (TITP), or Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) in Japan is preferred.
- Proven experience in elderly care (Kaigo) services.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese elderly care practices and standards.
- Familiarity with Japanese workplace culture and professional ethics.
- Ability to deliver both classroom and practical training sessions.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, disciplined, and passionate about developing future caregiver.
