Tanggung Jawab

Actively monitor TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce platforms to identify potential livestream host talents.

Evaluate potential hosts based on communication skills, product presentation, audience engagement, confidence, and live-selling capabilities.

Proactively approach and engage potential host candidates through social media, direct messages, and other communication channels to introduce opportunities at Emtek Commerce.

Build, maintain, and regularly update a comprehensive database of potential host talents, including their profiles, experience, skills, and recruitment status.

Coordinate with Host Operations and Content Factory teams to identify talent requirements, provide shortlisted candidates, and facilitate initial screenings or auditions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum experience in talent scouting, livestream operations, recruitment, or influencer/KOL management.
• Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and current livestreaming and live commerce trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify, approach, and engage potential talents.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong research, organizational, and database management skills.
