based in Kuta Utara, Bali. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations throughout the venue. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that defines our establishment.

• Key responsibilities
• Greet and welcome all guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival
• Manage the reservation system and maintain an accurate booking log
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimise table management and guest flow
• Answer telephone enquiries and manage incoming bookings efficiently
• Provide guests with information about menu options, facilities, and special events
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area at all times
• Liaise with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as appropriate
• Monitor guest flow and waiting times, communicating with management regarding capacity
• Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a similar front-of-house role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and reservations simultaneously
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin, or Japanese are highly desirable
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused under pressure
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service protocols
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
