• professional to join our team in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. This is a
• contract position

that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining our reputation as a customer-centric organisation. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the direct point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and service quality.

• Key responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer management system
• Process customer requests, including orders, refunds, and account modifications
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff members
• Follow company policies and procedures whilst maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Strong active listening ability and empathy towards customer needs and concerns
• Patience and composure when handling difficult or challenging customer interactions
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical solutions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to adhere to scheduled shift times
• Team player mentality with willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team goals
• Professional demeanour and positive attitude in all customer interactions
