Job Description
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and address repair needs promptly.
- Oversee renovations, upgrades, and major repairs to hotel infrastructure.
Job Qualification
- Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
- Experience: 2 years in hotel maintenance or engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and tools.
