Requirements
- Minimum SMK in Hospitality/Hotel Management or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Able to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant area.
- Good attention to detail and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed in Seminyak or Canggu, Bali.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant area, including dining area, public areas, and facilities.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, windows, and other restaurant facilities.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing hygiene supplies when needed.
- Ensure cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies are properly used, stored, and maintained.
- Conduct regular checks of the restaurant area and promptly clean any spills, dirt, or other hazards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness during restaurant operations, including before opening and after closing.
- Report any damaged facilities, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor or Manager.
