General Requirements
- Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Preferably from Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, proactive, and responsible
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined, hardworking, and well-groomed
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
