Position Overview

Rite Bali maintains high operational standards across all areas of our facility. We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented professional to manage the daily maintenance and cleanliness of our premises. This role is essential in ensuring that our environment remains comfortable and consistent with the quality we provide to our members, directly supporting our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance

Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the gym area, changing rooms, communal spaces, and offices to ensure high standards of hygiene.

Inventory Management

Monitor cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring all necessary items are well-stocked for daily operations.

Quality Standards

Maintain the orderliness and aesthetic presentation of the facility in alignment with Rite Bali’s operational requirements.

Operational Coordination

Collaborate with the team to ensure cleaning schedules are executed seamlessly without disrupting member activities.

Reporting

Promptly report any facility damage, lost items, or maintenance issues to the relevant department supervisor.
