What You Will Do
Guiding and motivating housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards.
Inspecting rooms and public areas to make sure everything is perfect before a guest walks in.
Talking to guests, listening to their needs, and solving any issues or complaints quickly and with a smile.
You have spent at least 2 years working in Housekeeping and at least 1 year in a Leadership or Supervisory role.
You know how to manage a team, give clear directions, and keep morale high.
You are fluent in English (both speaking and writing) and can communicate easily with international guests.
You have a "perfectionist" attitude toward cleanliness and hygiene.
You can handle guest complaints calmly, professionally, and effectively.
You are disciplined, honest, responsible, and you notice the small details that others might miss.
You must currently live in Bali.
