- What you'll be doing
- Ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces are kept clean, well-stocked, and in perfect condition
- Performing thorough cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting
- Replenishing linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
- Reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail
- Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols
- What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role within the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in the use of basic cleaning equipment and supplies
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
