About the Role
- We are looking for
- two HR team members
to join Nomads Padel Village - Asia Sports leading company and support the development of a professional, structured, and people-focused hospitality organization.
Both positions require strong administration, coordination, attention to detail, and a proactive working style. However, each position has a different primary focus.
- We are looking for people who understand that
- HR is not only about databases, attendance, and paperwork, it is about people.
The right candidates will be organized and detail-oriented, but also approachable, proactive, self-led, and genuinely interested in developing themselves within the hospitality industry.
POSITION 1 — HR GENERALIST
- This position is suited to someone who wants to develop beyond traditional HR administration and take a broader role across
- HR operations, General Affairs, employee relations, policies, SOPs, HRIS, and recruitment support
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the PnC Manager in the day-to-day management of HR operations and General Affairs.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Assist with employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up for employee-related matters.
- Support the PnC Manager in policy discussions and the implementation of new HR processes.
- Manage and maintain HRIS and employee data, including
- Talenta
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, interviews, and assessments.
- Assist with psychological tests and technical assessments.
- Support onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR reports and provide structured information to the PnC Manager.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
- Support General Affairs and employee-related operational matters.
- Coordinate effectively with department heads and employees across the venue.
- Ideal Profile
- Experience in HR Generalist, HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR administration and General Affairs.
- Experience with
- industrial relations, HR policies, and SOPs
- Hands-on experience with Talenta is required.
- Comfortable conducting or supporting interviews and psychological/technical assessments.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and digital tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Highly independent, proactive, and self-led.
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career in HR and hospitality.
- POSITION 2 — HR ADMIN & OFFICE SUPPORT
- This position is focused on ensuring that the HR administration and day-to-day office support function is
- accurate, organized, responsive, and well coordinated
This role goes beyond filing and data entry. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping HR administration running smoothly while providing reliable support to employees and the HR team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, records, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee data, and other HR administration.
- Maintain and update the HRIS

- Talenta/Gaji Hub
- Support onboarding, offboarding, probation, and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and administrative documents.
- Support recruitment administration, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.
- Assist with employee communication and day-to-day HR requests.
- Support office administration and General Affairs activities.
- Coordinate with employees, department heads, vendors, and external parties when required.
- Ensure HR and office documentation is properly organized and accessible.
- Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and administrative requirements.
- Support the HR Manager and HR Generalist with daily HR operations.
- Ideal Profile
- Experience in HR Administration, Office Administration, General Affairs, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Talenta is required.
- Strong understanding of attendance, employee records, contracts, leave, and HR documentation.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems.
- Able to manage multiple administrative priorities independently.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership beyond routine administration.
- Experience in hospitality or service-oriented businesses is an advantage.
