Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration (Attendance, Payroll, etc).
- Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in logistics or warehousing industry is preferred.
