Job Description / Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operational activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR administration processes.
• Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation, compensation and benefits administration, and coordination with payroll vendors.
• Handle employment contracts, employee records, and other HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads and management regarding manpower planning, recruitment needs, and employee-related matters.
• Liaise and coordinate with China Headquarters (HQ) regarding HR policies, reports, employee data, and other HR-related requirements.
• Support the implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and regulations in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Handle employee relations and provide support in addressing employee concerns and HR-related issues.
• Prepare regular HR reports and support other HR projects or assignments as required by management.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Generalist roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Able to communicate professionally and coordinate directly with overseas stakeholders.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced working environment is a plus.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
