HR GENERALIST SUPERVISOR (F&B)

• Key responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for F&B staff at all levels, from operational to supervisory positions

Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution within the F&B division

• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies
• Coordinate training and development initiatives tailored to F&B operational needs, including leadership development for supervisory staff
• Ensure adherence to Indonesian labour laws, employment contracts, and HR compliance requirements across all F&B operations
• Maintain accurate employee records, data management systems, and HR documentation in accordance with statutory requirements
• Provide HR consultation and support to F&B management on operational and people-related matters
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, workforce planning needs, and organisational effectiveness within the F&B division
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to develop and implement HR policies that support business objectives and employee engagement
• Support health, safety, and welfare initiatives specific to the F&B work environment
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or generalist HR role
• Demonstrated experience working within the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or similar service-oriented industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law, labour regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organisational levels
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently within a team environment
