- Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
- HR Intern
to join the MixWork team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process and employee lifecycle management. This is a hybrid role designed for
- final-year students
- who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a regional HR environment and work directly with our Singapore-based headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support
- : Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates, the HR team, and international clients.
- Candidate Coordination
- : Act as the primary point of contact for candidate follow-ups to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Documentation Management
- : Assist in the preparation and processing of essential onboarding and offboarding documents.
- Administrative Assistance
- : Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
- Stakeholder Communication
- : Assist in maintaining regular communication and follow-ups with global clients regarding talent acquisition progress.
Requirements
- Education
- Final-year university student
- (Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir) majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency
- : Must be
- fluent in English
- (Written & Spoken) as you will be collaborating directly with our Singapore team.
- Communication Skills
- : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented
- : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.

- : Committed to a
- 12-month internship
