- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology
- Familiar with psychological tools/assessments
- Deep interest in Human Resources & people development
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Communicative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Available for a 6-month internship
- Willing to work onsite (Mon–Fri) in Penjaringan, North Jakarta
