HR Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee orientation.
• Maintain HR administration and accurate employee records.
• Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievance management.

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination (salary, overtime, incentives, BPJS, THR, PPh21), employee welfare, and benefits administration.

• Support employee training, development, and performance appraisal programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPI frameworks to enhance organizational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and HR Administration.

• Experience in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and KPI implementation.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Able to manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
