Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner for manufacturing leaders and employees, providing guidance on people-related matters.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with line managers to identify workforce needs, develop solutions, and support talent planning in the manufacturing site.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, Talent Development, Recruitment, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Provide HR data insights and reports to support decision-making for manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Business Partner/HR Generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of labor law, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment.
- Willingness to be based on-site in the manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Google Workspace tools.
