About the role

• PT Satyaraya Keramindoindah is seeking a dedicated
• HSE & K3 (Health, Safety, Environment & Occupational Safety) Specialist
• to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a
• full-time position

that plays a crucial role in safeguarding our workforce and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all construction operations. The HSE & K3 Specialist will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programmes that protect our employees, contractors, and stakeholders whilst maintaining our commitment to environmental responsibility and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with Indonesian regulations and international best practices

Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses across all construction sites and operational areas to identify potential dangers and recommend control measures

Plan, organise, and deliver safety training programmes to all staff levels, including induction training, toolbox talks, and specialist safety courses

• Perform routine site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and company policies
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain detailed HSE documentation, records, and reports including incident logs, training registers, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and site teams to establish safe working conditions and promote a strong safety culture
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external agencies to ensure all legal requirements are met and maintain necessary certifications
• Develop and manage emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills to prepare teams for potential incidents
• Monitor and report on key HSE performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HSE and K3 roles within the Manufacture/Construction industry or related sectors
• Formal qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (such as Bachelor Degree in Technic or related field)
• Valid K3 certification or equivalent professional qualification recognised in Indonesia (Plus Point)

Thorough knowledge of Indonesian health and safety legislation, including Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and relevant regulations

• Strong understanding of construction site hazards, risk management methodologies, and accident prevention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian language (both written and verbal)
• Competency in using MS Office applications and HSE management software
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities
• Current first aid certification or willingness to obtain one
• Preferred: Experience with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) or similar management systems
