• We are seeking a dedicated
• Training & Development Staff

to join PT Satyaraya Keramindoindah. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten. As Training & Development Staff, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and evaluating training programmes that enhance employee skills, competencies and overall organisational performance. This position is integral to our commitment to workforce development and continuous improvement, supporting our strategic objectives through effective talent development initiatives.

• Key responsibilities
• Design and develop comprehensive training programmes tailored to address identified skills gaps and organisational needs
• Conduct training needs assessments across departments to determine priority learning objectives and development areas
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to employees at various levels within the organisation
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos and online learning resources
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback surveys and performance metrics
• Coordinate with department heads and senior management to align training initiatives with business objectives
• Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
• Support the development of new employee onboarding programmes and induction schedules
• Identify and liaise with external training providers and vendors when specialist expertise is required
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and delivery approaches
• What we're looking for
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in training and development, instructional design or related role
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies and programme evaluation techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to design engaging training content and learning materials
• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing organisational needs
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential
• Knowledge of ISO standards or compliance training requirements is preferred
