- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies for Huawei solutions.
- Manage the product lifecycle from planning to market execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Huawei and distributors.
- Collaborate with Sales and Presales to develop winning solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and customer engagements.
- Deliver product training and sales enablement programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop pricing strategies and support commercial proposals.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional initiatives.
- Track product performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Prepare regular business reports and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Huawei enterprise solutions.
- Experience working with ICT vendors or system integrators is preferred.
- Good understanding of networking, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise ICT solutions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Huawei HCIA, HCIP, or HCIE certification.
- Experience handling Enterprise or Government customers.
- Experience managing product portfolios.
- Experience preparing business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Familiar with pricing strategy and vendor management.
- Existing relationships with Huawei ecosystem partners.
