Requirements
- Min. Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; Able to speak Japanese is a plus.
- Experience in import-export operations is preferred.
- Experience working in a Japanese company will be highly preferred.
- Eager to learn, humble, and have a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Sales
- Conduct sales activities, including both accompanied and independent customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local staff and customers to support business development and drive sales growth.
- Import/Export & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import and export operations.
- Prepare and send shipping documents to vendors and customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory control.
- System Data Entry
- Process and accurately input data into the company's system, including order receiving and purchase/sales order management.
